  • What areas do you serve?
    We are based in Greenville county and typically serve within a 20 mile radius, including Greenville, Taylors, Greer, etc. *Restrictions may apply to certain city limits, addresses or public locations.
  • Will you serve an event outside of Greenville County?
    Yes, although some restrictions may apply at certain addresses or public locations. Additional fees apply for all events outside Greenville County and may be greater due to mileage, distance and specific location.
  • Will you drive by my house without a booked package or event?
    Often times customers ask us to just drive by their home, office or park. If scheduling, routes, location and timing permits, we will be happy to do so at no extra fee. However, to guarantee a visit, why not just book a package or event and we'll definitely be there.
  • What if I have more kids than my Birthday Package limit?
    The cost is $3.18 for each additional person over package allowance.
  • How many people can you serve for a group event?
    We can serve up to 1000 people at an event. However, events with more than 300 people will require a limited menu selection.
  • What is the pricing for group events?
    Pricing outside of Birthday Party Packages are customized events tailored to each circumstance, need and occasion. There is a flat $75.00 booking fee (payable in advance) to reserve the truck for your event. This guarantees the truck will be present at your event date and time. Guests are priced at $3.18 per person, including 6% SC sales tax. Groups of 100 people or less are charged at this standard pricing. Groups of 150 and up are charged the above booking fee of $75.00 and an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour (or fraction thereof garage to garage unless otherwise negotiated) as well as the $3.18 per head Ice Cream fee. A fuel surcharge of $35.00 may also apply in certain situations. Please contact us for a more accurate and customized estimate for your event.

  • Do you require a deposit when booking an event?
    Yes. A $75.00 Truck Reservation Fee is required. Each event is different and requires different needs. Please contact us for a custom package better tailored to your needs. A deposit is not required for Children's Birthday Packages (but is strongly advised).
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Cancellations are required to be made by email. Refunds are based on the timing of the cancellation as follows: ~ 10 days or more prior to scheduled event: 100% refund. ~ 8-9 days prior to scheduled event: 50% refund. ~ 7 days or less prior to scheduled event: 0 %refund.
  • What if there is bad weather at the time of my booked event?
    We understand that a sunny day is an ice cream truck day...but occasionally it rains or storms. Schedule permitting, we will work with you. Depending on timing and mutual scheduling, we can either delay until weather passes or reschedule if possible.
